The Good Thief
This is another book that stuck with me long after I finished reading it. Fair warning it's be no means a happy book, and it deals with some really hard topics and has some disturbing things happen in it. There's some language, but nothing I deem to be incredibly foul or crude. It's a bit of a mystery, but it was a good book. About half the people I recommended it to liked it, the other half didn't. One friend flat out hated it, because it was a rather dark and sad story line, she questioned why on earth I would recommend it. Because it made me think, not just while I read it, but after I finished. Not all happy books are good books and not all sad ones are bad. If it can broaden your horizon or view point it's a good book. At least to me. It's been a while since I've read the book, so I can't really go into much of it without giving away key parts of the story, since those are all I can really remember since it's been a while, but I did enjoy this book and would recommend it.
